IADB five-year notes talked at SOFR mid-swaps plus 43 bps area

Lexington, Ky., Jan. 23 – Inter-American Development Bank is expecting to price a new offering of dollar-denominated five-year notes, according to a market source.

The notes due Feb. 15, 2029 are being talked at the SOFR mid-swaps plus 43 basis point area.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., HSBC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Scotiabank will be the lead managers.

The provider of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean is based in Washington, D.C.
