New Issue: IADB sells $200 million fourth tranche of floating-rate notes due 2027

Los Angeles, Nov. 22 – Inter-American Development Bank sold a $200 million add-on to its global floating-rate notes, series 846, due Oct. 4, 2027, according to a pricing supplement.
The notes will be consolidated and form a single series with the bank’s $500 million floating-rate notes issued Oct. 4, 2022, $200 million issued Feb. 7, 2023 and $100 million issued Feb. 14, 2023.
The add-on priced at 99.931 plus 48 days’ accrued interest.
Bank of Nova Scotia, London Branch is the dealer for the latest tranche.
The provider of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean is based in Washington, D.C.
