Buffalo, N.Y., Oct. 6 – Inter-American Development Bank issued Rs. 30 billion of 7.35% notes due 2030 at par, according to a Rule 3, Regulation IA distribution report filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday.
Amounts are payable in U.S. dollars.
Due to the conversion rate and the terms of the bank’s global debt program, the base Rs. 25 billion of the offering was traded Sept. 20 at a conversion rate of Rs. 82.93 per dollar, with the subsequent Sept. 27 upsizing traded at a conversion rate of Rs. 83.20 per dollar.
J.P. Morgan Securities plc was the dealer.
The bank has applied to list the notes on the regulated market of the London Stock Exchange.
The agency provides financing and technical assistance to businesses in Latin America and the Caribbean and is based in Washington, D.C.
