New Issue: IADB issues CRC 3 billion of 7¼% notes due 2030

Lexington, Ky., Aug. 29 – Inter-American Development Bank sold CRC 3 billion of 7¼% seven-year notes, payable in dollars, at par, according to a notice.

The issue price for the Costa Rican colón-denominated notes will be payable in dollars in the amount of $5,593,884.02 at the agreed rate of CRC 536.30 per $1.00.

The notes are non-callable.

Citigroup Global Markets Ltd. was the dealer for the non-syndicated registered notes.

Application has been made to list the notes on the London Stock Exchange plc’s U.K. Regulated Market.

The provider of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean is based in Washington, D.C.
