New Issue: IADB issues $100 million add-on to floaters due 2029

Lexington, Ky., Aug. 16 – Inter-American Development Bank issued $100 million additional floating-rate notes due Feb. 15, 2029 at 99.714, according to a notice on Tuesday.

The notes were issued on Monday and will be consolidated and form a single series with $1 billion of the notes issued on Feb. 15, 2022 and $100 million issued March 21, 2022.

Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch was the dealer.

Application has been made to list the notes on the London Stock Exchange plc’s UK Regulated Market.

The provider of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean is based in Washington, D.C.
