Chicago, July 13 – Inter-American Development Bank sold a Rs. 4.25 billion add-on of 7% notes due 2033, according to a pricing supplement.
The additional notes priced at 101.002 plus 86 days’ accrued interest.
Principal payment and interest amounts are payable in U.S. dollars.
BofA Securities was the bookrunner.
Proceeds will be used for the ordinary capital resources of the bank.
The notes will be consolidated and form a single series with the original Rs. 4.25 billion issued on April 17.
The agency provides financing and technical assistance to businesses in Latin America and the Caribbean and is based in Washington, D.C.
