IADB offers global notes due 2026 at SOFR mid-swaps plus 27 bps area

Los Angeles, June 27 – Inter-American Development Bank is offering global notes due May 15, 2026, according to a market source.
Initial price talk is in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 27 basis points area.
Barclays, Nomura Securities International Inc., Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.
The agency provides financing and technical assistance to businesses in Latin America and the Caribbean and is based in Washington, D.C.
