Chicago, April 18 – Inter-American Development Bank issued Rs. 4.25 billion of 7% notes due 2033 at par, according to a pricing supplement.
Amounts are payable in U.S. dollars.
BofA Securities was the bookrunner.
Proceeds will be used for the ordinary capital resources of the bank.
The agency provides financing and technical assistance to businesses in Latin America and the Caribbean and is based in Washington, D.C.
