New Issue: IADB sells CRC 4.15 billion add-on to 7.9% notes due 2025

Lexington, Ky., March 22 – Inter-American Development Bank sold a CRC 4.15 billion add-on to its 7.9% notes, series 863, due March 2, 2025, according to a pricing supplement.

The notes priced at par plus CRC 17,303,194.44 representing 19 days' accrued interest. The issue price will be payable in dollars in the amount of $7,583,809.27 at the agreed rate of CRC 549.50 per $1.

The notes are non-callable.

The dealer is Citigroup Global Markets Ltd.

The provider of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean is based in Washington, D.C.
