New Issue: IADB sells CRC 6.85 billion 7.9% notes due 2025 at par

Lexington, Ky., March 3 – Inter-American Development Bank sold CRC 6.85 billion 7.9% notes, series 863, due March 2, 2025, according to a pricing supplement.

The notes priced at par. The issue price will be payable in dollars in the amount of $12,166,962.70 at the agreed rate of CRC 563 per $1.

The notes are non-callable.

The dealer is Citigroup Global Markets Ltd.

The provider of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean is based in Washington, D.C.
