Buffalo, N.Y., Feb. 16 – Inter-American Development Bank priced an additional Rp 461 billion of 5.1% notes due Nov. 17, 2026, according to a notice on Thursday.
The newest series 815 notes priced at 100.936, plus 91 days of accrued interest, which is payable in U.S. dollars.
The issue represents the third tranche of this series, and it will be consolidated with a first tranche of Rp 750 billion, issued on Nov. 17, 2021, a second tranche of Rp 289 billion, issued on Dec. 17, 2021, and a third tranche of Rp 400 billion, issued on April 25, 2022.
Toronto-Dominion Bank is the dealer for the latest tranche of notes.
The issuer provides financing for Latin American and Caribbean countries and is based in Washington, D.C.
