IADB repurchases 275 billion rupiah of 7 7/8% notes due 2023

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 28 – Inter-American Development Bank gave notice that it repurchased a total of 275 billion rupiah of its 7 7/8% notes due March 14, 2023 (ISIN: XS1377496457).

The partial repurchase was made on Oct. 28. Settlement will be Nov. 10.

Following the repurchase, there is 11,195,000,000,000 rupiah outstanding on the notes, which were issued under series 553 of the bank’s global debt program in 18 tranches.

The issuer provides financing for Latin American and Caribbean countries and is based in Washington, D.C.
