New Issue: IADB sells $500 million global five-year floating-rate notes

Chicago, Sept. 28 – Inter-American Development Bank priced a $500 million global floating-rate note with a five-year tenor on Tuesday, according to information from a market source.

Pricing came directly on top of talk: at SOFR plus 35 basis points. Talk was in the 35 bps area.

Bookrunners on the deal are BofA Securities, Inc., BMO Capital Markets Corp. and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc.

Notably, the deal comes one day after the group dismissed its president after an investigation.

The provider of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean is based in Washington, D.C.
