New Issue: IADB sells $100 million tap of floaters due 2028 at 99.882

Columbus, Ohio, April 28 – Inter-American Development Bank sold $100 million more of its floating-rate notes due March 20, 2028 at 99.882, according to a market announcement.
The notes accrue interest at SOFR plus 27 basis points.
The company originally sold $500 million of the floaters on March 19, 2021 and a further $700 million of the notes in 2021.
Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc was the bookrunner.
The agency provides financing and technical assistance to businesses in Latin America and the Caribbean and is based in Washington, D.C.
