New York, April 26 – Inter-American Development Bank priced an additional Rp 400 billion of 5.1% notes due Nov. 17, 2026, according to a notice on Tuesday.
The newest series 815 notes priced at 98.8994, which is payable in U.S. dollars.
The issue represents the third tranche of this series, and it will be consolidated with a first tranche of Rp 750 billion, issued on Nov. 17, and a second tranche of Rp 289 billion, issued on Dec. 17.
J.P. Morgan Securities plc is the dealer of the notes.
The issuer provides financing for Latin American and Caribbean countries and is based in Washington, D.C.
