Concord, N.H., March 22 – Inter-American Development Bank priced $100 million additional floating-rate notes due Feb. 15, 2029 (Aaa/AAA) at 100.06914, according to a notice on Tuesday.
The notes were issued on Monday and will be consolidated and form a single series with $1 billion of the notes issued on Feb. 15.
Merrill Lynch International was dealer of the transaction.
Application has been made to list the notes on the London Stock Exchange plc’s UK Regulated Market.
The provider of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean is based in Washington, D.C.
