IADB launches five-year notes at SOFR mid-swaps plus 22 bps

Chicago, Jan. 6 – Inter-American Development Bank has launched notes due Jan. 13, 2027 at SOFR mid-swaps plus 22 basis points, a market source told Prospect News.

Pricing has been tightening. Initial price talk started in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 24 bps area and then the notes were guided to the SOFR mid-swaps plus 23 bps area.

BofA Securities, Inc., BMO Capital Markets Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and RBC Capital Markets LLC are the bookrunners.

The provider of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean is based in Washington, D.C.
