New Issue: IADB issues additional Rs. 289 billion 5.1% notes due 2026

Concord, N.H., Dec. 29 – Inter-American Development Bank priced Rs. 289 billion of 5.1% five-year notes at 99.9905, according to a notice.

The issue represents the second tranche of IADB’s series 815 notes, and it will be consolidated and form a single series with the first tranche of Rs. 750 billion of the notes issued on Nov. 17.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc is the dealer of the notes, which are payable in U.S. dollars.

The issuer provides financing for Latin American and Caribbean countries and is based in Washington, D.C.
