Concord, N.H., Nov. 23 – Inter-American Development Bank issued a $100 million add-on to its floating-rate notes due Sept. 16, 2026, according to a notice published by the London Stock Exchange.
The issuance represents the third tranche of the series. The bank also issued $600 million of the floaters on Sept. 16 and $100 million of the floaters on Oct. 21.
The latest issuance priced on Thursday at 100.243 with a coupon of SOFR plus 17 basis points. Settlement was on Monday.
Merrill Lynch International was the bookrunner.
The agency provides financing and technical assistance to businesses in Latin America and the Caribbean and is based in Washington, D.C.
