New Issue: IADB sells Rs. 3.83 billion 5.7% three-year dollar-settled notes

Los Angeles, Nov. 15 – Inter-American Development Bank priced Rs. 3,825,000,000 of 5.7% three-year notes at 100.811, according to a notice.

The series 814 notes are payable in U.S. dollars.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc is the dealer.

The issuer provides financing for Latin American and Caribbean countries and is based in Washington, D.C.
