IADB launches three-year notes at SOFR mid-swaps plus 14 bps

Chicago, Sept. 15 – Inter-American Development Bank (Aaa/AAA/AAA) has launched $3.5 billion of global notes due Sept. 23, 2024 at SOFR mid-swaps plus 14 basis points, a market source said.

The notes were talked initially in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 15 bps area.

Pricing is expected on Wednesday.

BofA Securities Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and TD Securities (USA) LLC are the bookrunners.

The provider of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean is based in Washington, D.C.
