IADB launches $500 million minimum 10-year floating-rate notes at SOFR plus 36 bps

Concord, N.H., June 3 – Inter-American Development Bank launched a minimum $500 million offering of floating-rate notes due June 10, 2031 with a yield of SOFR plus 36 basis points on Thursday, according to a market source.

Pricing came at the midpoint of talk that was in the area of SOFR plus 36 bps.

BMO Capital Markets Corp. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners for the notes.

The agency provides financing and technical assistance to businesses in Latin America and the Caribbean and is based in Washington, D.C.
