New Issue: IADB prices R$61.31 million 8.02% 10-year dollar-settled notes

Concord, N.H., May 13 – Inter-American Development Bank priced R$61.31 million of 8.02% notes due May 12, 2031 at par, according to a London Stock Exchange notice.

The series 796 notes are payable in U.S. dollars.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc is the dealer, and application has been made to admit the notes for trading on the London Stock Exchange.

The issuer provides financing for Latin American and Caribbean countries and is based in Washington, D.C.
