IADB launches $4.25 billion five-year notes flat to mid-swaps

Concord, N.H., April 13 – Inter-American Development Bank launched $4.25 billion of five-year notes for a yield that is flat to mid-swaps on Tuesday, according to a market source.

Pricing came at the tight end of talk in the mid-swaps plus 2 basis points area.

The order books closed in excess of $6.7 billion.

BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs International, JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley were the bookrunners of the notes, which will be listed on the London Stock Exchange’s regulated market.

The agency provides financing and technical assistance to businesses in Latin America and the Caribbean and is based in Washington, D.C.
