Los Angeles, March 5 – Inter-American Development Bank priced Rs. 1.5 billion of additional 5% notes due Feb. 12, 2024 at 101.046, according to a notice.
The series 775, tranche 2 dollar-settled notes will be consolidated and form a single series with the Rs. 4 billion of 5% notes due 2024 issued on Feb. 11.
Toronto-Dominion Bank is the dealer.
The issuer provides financing for Latin American and Caribbean countries and is based in Washington, D.C.
