Tupelo, Miss., Oct. 16 – The Inter-American Development Bank (Aaa/AAA) issued a C$400 million add-on to its 0.75% global notes due Oct. 15, 2025 at 100.255, according to a market notice.
IADB first issued C$600 million of the notes on Sept. 14. The total outstanding is now C$1 billion.
BMO Capital Markets Corp., Merrill Lynch International and Scotiabank Europe plc were the bookrunners.
Proceeds will be included in the ordinary capital resources of the bank.
The provider of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean is based in Washington, D.C.
