New Issue: IADB prices Rp. 55 billion 6.6% three-year notes at 100.026

Columbus, Ohio, April 27 – Inter-American Development Bank priced Rp. 55 billion 6.6% three-year notes at 100.026. The notes are payable in U.S. dollars, according to a regulatory release.

The issue price will be payable in the amount of $3,391,757.09 at the agreed rate of Rp. 16,220 per dollar.

JPMorgan was bookrunner of the issue.

The proceeds will be allocated to eligible projects within the fields of education, youth and employment.

The agency provides financing and technical assistance to businesses in Latin America and the Caribbean and is based in Washington, D.C.
