Los Angeles, Feb. 26 – Inter-American Development Bank issued Rp 500 billion of additional 7 7/8% notes due March 14, 2023 on Feb. 25, according to a notice.
The series 553, tranche 18 notes will be consolidated and form a single series with the existing 17 tranches of 7 7/8% notes due 2023 issued between March 14, 2016 and Jan. 29, 2020.
The latest add-on was priced at 108.406 plus 348 days’ accrued interest.
Toronto-Dominion Bank is the dealer.
The issuer provides financing for Latin American and Caribbean countries and is based in Washington, D.C.
