Moody’s shifts Healthpeak view to stable

Moody’s Investors Service said it changed Healthpeak Properties, Inc.’s outlook to stable from negative, reflecting the REIT’s progress in executing its plan to sell most of its senior housing assets, which will improve its overall asset quality and cash flow stability.

The agency also affirmed Healthpeak’s ratings, including its Baa1 senior unsecured debt.
