Healthpeak Properties to price dollar notes due 2031

By Rebecca Melvin

New York, June 9 – Healthpeak Properties, Inc. is offering dollar-denominated notes due 2031 (//BBB+), according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday.

The notes have a make-whole call followed by a par call.

Wells Fargo Securities LLC, Barclays, BofA Securities Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are joint bookrunning managers of the deal.

The proceeds will be used to fund the redemption of all $300 million of the company’s 2022 notes with accrued interest and to fund the purchase price of a tender offer for its 2023 notes with interest. Remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include the repayment of borrowings under its revolving credit facility and outstanding commercial paper.

The real estate investment trust is based in Irvine, Calif.
