Denmark’s Orsted readies three-part multicurrency green note offering

Lexington, Ky., Sept. 6 – Orsted A/S is in the market with a three-part multicurrency offering of green notes, according to a pre-stabilization notice.

The company is selling a nine-year euro-denominated tranche (ISIN: XS2531569965) and 12-year (ISIN: XS2531570039) and 20-year (ISIN: XS2531570112) sterling-denominated tranches.

The euro green notes are being talked at the 110 basis points area to mid-swaps. The 12-year sterling-denominated notes are being talked at the 195 bps area to U.K. Treasuries while the 20-year tranche is being talked at the 200 bps area, also to U.K. Treasuries.

The green notes will be guaranteed by Orsted Wind Power TW Holding A/S.

Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs International, J.P. Morgan and Nordea are managing the transaction as bookrunners.

Orsted is a Fredericia, Denmark, operator of offshore wind farms, bioenergy plants and innovative waste-to-energy solutions.
