Denmark’s Orsted readies two-part benchmark global note offering

Chicago, June 7 – Orsted A/S is in the market with a two-part euro-denominated benchmark offering of new global notes, according to an announcement.

The company is selling a six-year tranche and an 11-year tranche.

The senior notes will be guaranteed by Orsted Wind Power TW Holding A/S.

J.P. Morgan AG, Danske Bank, Natwest Markets and SEB are managing the transaction as bookrunners.

The notes will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

Orsted is a Fredericia, Denmark, operator of offshore wind farms, bioenergy plants and innovative waste-to-energy solutions.
