India’s MRF board to consider issuing nonconvertible debentures

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 30 – MRF Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will meet on Nov. 8 to consider an issue of nonconvertible debentures.

The Chennai, India-based company manufactures rubber products.
