New Issue: Hormann issues €50 million 7% bonds due 2028

Chicago, Aug. 28 – Hormann Industries GmbH issued €50 million of 7% bonds due 2028, according to a notice.

Price talk was for a coupon between 6½% to 7½%.

Pareto Securities AS, Frankfurt Branch was the manager and bookrunner.

Proceeds will be used to refinance an existing bond (ISIN: NO0010851728). Part of the new offering consisted of existing bondholders exchanging their bonds due 2024 for the new offering.

The bonds were listed in Frankfurt.

Based in Kirchseeon, Germany, Hormann produces metal components, modules and systems for commercial vehicles.
