New Issue: Barclays prices $1.53 million buffered SuperTrack notes tied to SPDR Gold Shares

Buffalo, N.Y., Dec. 22 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.53 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Sept. 19, 2024 linked to the SPDR Gold Shares, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any ETF gain, up to a maximum payout of par plus 22.3%.
Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 25% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 25%.
