ALS 3 calls 3.215% notes due 2021, 3.795% notes due 2021

Los Angeles, Oct. 17 – ALS 3 Ltd. issued notices of redemption for its $74,399,154 3.215% notes due 2021 and $150,984,959 3.795% notes due 2021 guaranteed by Her Britannic Majesty’s Secretary of State acting by the export credits guarantee department under 2010 trust deeds between the issuer, Deutsche Trustee Co. Ltd. and AerCap Holdings NV.

Each of the notes will be redeemed in full on Oct. 28 at a make-whole amount plus accrued interest. The make-whole prices will be announced separately, the company said.

The outstanding amount to be redeemed is $17,122,060 for the 3.215% notes and $34,995,091 for the 3.795% notes.

AerCap has consented to the early redemptions, the issuer noted.

AerCap is a Dublin-based aircraft leasing company.
