Shackleton 2017-X directed to redeem four classes of notes on Feb. 7

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 27 – Shackleton 2017-X CLO, Ltd./Shackleton 2017-X CLO, LLC received direction from holders to redeem four series of its notes on Feb. 7, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at the following redemption prices:

• $320,475,868.53 for the $320 million of class A notes (Cusips: G8103YAA5/81883DAA1);

• $60,098,292.02 for the $60 million of class B notes (Cusips: G8103YAB3/81883DAC7);

• $30,059,771.01 for the $30 million of class C notes (Cusips: G8103YAC1/81883DAE3); and

• $25,064,566.12 for the $25 million of class D notes (Cusips: G8103YAD9/81883DAG8).

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

New York-based Alcentra NY, LLC is the collateral manager.
