Shackleton 2017-X to redeem class A notes by refinancing on Nov. 14

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 25 – Shackleton 2017-X CLO, Ltd./Shackleton 2017-X CLO, LLC expects the date for its proposed refinancing of its class A notes and issuance of new class A-R replacement securities to be Nov. 14, according to a notice from U.S. Bank NA as trustee.

Shackleton plans to issue $320 million of the new class A-R secured floating-rate notes.

The total redemption price for the existing $320 million of class A notes is expected to be $320,703,121.07. The issuer said it has received direction from holders of the requisite majority of its subordinated notes to effect the refinancing.

New York-based Alcentra NY, LLC is the collateral manager.
