Neoen announces early redemption results for 1.875% Oceanes

Chicago, Oct. 24 – Neoen SA announced the result of the early redemption process for its 1.875% convertible bonds with an Oceane structure and due Oct. 7, 2024 (ISIN: FR0013451820), according to a media release.

The company announced on Sept. 7 that it will redeem all of the outstanding bonds.

Bondholders had the option until Oct. 19 to exercise their conversion/exchange right at a ratio of 1.078 Neoen shares per bond presented.

The number of bonds presented for conversion amounted to 6,614,676 bonds, or 99.78% of the outstanding amount with a par value of €31.17, representing a total nominal amount of €199,564,774.92.

Neoen has accordingly issued a total of 7,130,619 new shares.

The 14,425 bonds not presented for conversion will be redeemed in cash on Oct. 28 at the redemption price of €30.20263 per bond, including €0.03263 of accrued interest. The total redemption amount will be €435,672.94.

The issuer is a renewable energy company based in Paris.
