Wellfleet CLO 2017-1 to redeem class A-1 notes on Oct. 21

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 3 – Wellfleet CLO 2017-1, Ltd./Wellfleet CLO 2017-1, LLC will redeem its class A-1 senior secured floating-rate notes on Oct. 21 via refinancing proceeds, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at the outstanding principal amount plus accrued interest for a total redemption price of $292,889,536.16.

The redemption was directed by holders of a majority of the subordinated notes.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
