AMMC CLO 19 to propose refinancing notes on Oct. 7
Chicago, Sept. 24 – AMMC CLO 19, Ltd./AMMC CLO 19, Corp. will propose refinancing its portfolio on or before Oct. 7, according to a notice.
The CLO will issue a first supplemental indenture in that timeframe.
The supplemental indenture will include Libor fallback language, update S&P rating criteria and definitions and give effect to the contemplated refinancing.
A contemplated refinancing of the A, B, C and D notes was previously reported on Sept. 9.
Citibank, NA is the trustee.
