Sibur pays January coupon on 2.95% notes due 2025 within grace period

Los Angeles, Feb. 2 – Sibur Securities DAC issued a notice on Thursday to holders of its $500 million 2.95% notes due 2025 (ISIN: XS2199713384, US825795AC13) guaranteed by PJSC Sibur Holding.

The issuer and the guarantor arranged for the payment of the interest under the notes due on Jan. 8 within the grace period. The aggregate amount of the January coupon is $6,298,250.

Under the previously announced payment mechanics written resolution approved by holders as of Nov. 1, the issuer and the guarantor have made the payments of the January coupon to the noteholders holding the notes through the Russian infrastructure in accordance with the direct payment option, according to the notice.

Sibur is an integrated petrochemicals company based in Moscow.
