Hollister Construction’s seven-member creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, Sept. 25 – Hollister Construction Services, LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Tuesday by acting Region 3 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.

The committee is comprised of Pasquale Suriano of Newark Warehouse Urban Renewal, LLC and Newark Warehouse Redevelopment Co., LLC of Newark, N.J.; Joann Haddad of Haddad Plumbing & Heating, Inc. of Newark, N.J.; Kenneth C. Barrows of Kone, Inc. of Long Island City, N.Y.; Eric Sobel of Industrial Maintenance Industries of Fords, N.J.; Jonathan Squilla of AES Lighting Group of Whippany, N.J.; Robert Ardolino of Sanray Construction, Inc. of Florham Park, N.J.; and Paul Benevenuto of Troon Electric of NY, LLC, based in New York.

Hollister is a Parsippany, N.J.-based construction company. The company filed bankruptcy on Sept. 11 under Chapter 11 case number 19-27439.
