New Issue: Thailand’s Indorama sells $300 million 4 3/8% bonds due 2024

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 12 – Indorama Ventures Global Services Ltd. sold $300 million of 4 3/8% guaranteed bonds due 2024, according to a notice.
Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd., Merrill Lynch (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd., Singapore Branch and Standard Chartered Bank are the lead managers and bookrunners.
Indorama is a Bangkok-based vertically integrated polyester chain producer and wool yarns manufacturer.
