New Issue: Spire Management refinances entire Aurium CLO VI offering

Chicago, April 30 – Spire Management Ltd. refinanced €420.7 million the notes and loan in the Aurium CLO VI DAC transaction with an extended May 22, 2034 maturity date, according to a notice.

The portfolio now has €129 million of class A senior secured floating-rate notes at Euribor plus 83 basis points, €150 million in a class A senior secured floating-rate loan at Euribor plus 83 bps, €35 million of class B-1 senior secured floating-rate notes at Euribor plus 155 bps and €10 million of class B-2 1.95% senior secured fixed-rate notes.

There were also €31.5 million of class C senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes at Euribor plus 220 bps, €28.1 million of class D senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes at Euribor plus 330 bps, €22.5 million of class E senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes at Euribor plus 604 bps and €14.6 million of class F senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes at Euribor plus 870 bps.

The €27 million of subordinated notes will remain outstanding.

Originally, the CLO sold €124.75 million of class A floating-rate notes at Euribor plus 190 bps and €25.5 million of class B floating-rate notes at Euribor plus 220 bps.

The CLO also originally sold €16 million of class C floating-rate notes at Euribor plus 280 bps, €13.2 million of class D floating-rate notes at Euribor plus 431 bps and €10.5 million of class E floating-rate notes.

Spire Management is listed as the collateral manager for the 4.5-year reinvestment period.

Collateral for the notes is mostly senior secured obligations with the great majority of borrowers based in Western Europe.

Spire is a fund management firm based in London.
