Wintershall Dea buys back €99.4 million of 0.452% notes due 2023

Los Angeles, June 24 – Wintershall Dea Finance BV announced it repurchased a total of €99.4 million of its 0.452% notes due 2023 (ISIN: XS2054209320) between May 12 and June 20 under an open market repurchase program.

All repurchased notes have been canceled, according to a notice on Thursday.

After the buyback, the aggregate outstanding amount of the notes is €900.6 million.

The issuer is a Rijswijk, Netherlands-based unit of German gas and oil producer Wintershall Dea.
