Fitch rates Pan American Energy bond BB-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a long-term rating of BB- to Pan American Energy SL, Argentine Branch's proposed senior secured notes of up to $300 million.

The notes are guaranteed by Pan American Energy, SL. Fitch rates Pan American Energy, Argentine Branch long-term foreign-currency issuer default rating at BB- and long-term local-currency IDR at BB. The outlook for the foreign-currency IDR is positive and for the local-currency IDR is stable. Fitch rates the company's senior unsecured notes BB-.

The notes are expected to mature in six years and will amortize in six equal payments paid semi-annually starting in the second half of 2024 and maturing by the first half of 2028.
