Moody’s cuts Argentine companies

Moody’s Investors Service has downgraded the ratings for several non-financial companies operating in Argentina, and all ratings were placed under review for downgrade.

Pampa Energia SA’s CFR and senior unsecured note ratings were downgraded to Caa1 from B2. The rating of the senior unsecured notes originally issued by Petrobras Argentina SA now assumed by Pampa Energia SA was also downgraded to Caa1 from B2, Moody’s said.

Pan American Energy SL’s CFR was downgraded to B2 from Ba3.

Pan American Energy, Argentine Branch’s rating of the backed senior unsecured global medium-term notes was downgraded to B2 from Ba3.

Tecpetrol Internacional SLU's CFR was downgraded to B2 from Ba3.

Tecpetrol SA’s backed senior unsecured notes' rating was downgraded to B2 from Ba3.
