Fitch gives BBB- to VGP green bond

Fitch Ratings said it assigned VGP NV's (BBB-/stable) planned €500 million eight-year senior green bond a BBB-(EXP) rating.

“The ratings reflect VGP's continental Europe industrial and logistics real estate development activities and the regular monetizations through periodic closures of rental income-producing portfolios into funded joint ventures (JVs) with Allianz Real Estate as a co-investor,” Fitch said in a news release.
