Hong Kong's Far East Consortium lists $1 billion medium-term note program

Chicago, Aug. 28 – China's FEC Finance Ltd. listed a $1 billion medium-term note program on the Hong Kong stock exchange, according to a notice.

The notes will be guaranteed by Far East Consortium International Ltd.

The company plans to issue new notes within the next 12 months.

Barclays, Credit Suisse, HSBC and UBS are listed as arrangers.

Joining those four banks as dealers are AMTD, BNP Paribas, China Merchants Securities (HK), DBS Bank Ltd., Deutsche Bank, Guotai Junan International, Haitong International, OCBC Bank, Mizuho Securities and Bank of East Asia, Ltd.

Far East Consortium is a Hong Kong-based business conglomerate with interests in property development, hospitality and car park operations.
